Our quiet guest house is centrally located in Castlemona Avenue, close to Broadway just off the central promenade.

We are very close to all amenities, shopping centre and sea front.  The accommodation is central and ideal for couples and  families, children and pets are welcome and we have facilities for both smokers and none smokers.

The Beechwwod is a natural centre for getting around the beautiful Isle of Man. It is very close to the world's oldest horse tram service, the world's oldest regularly operating electric tram service and the Isle of Man Steam Railway, founded in 1873.

Add to this hundreds of miles of footpaths through some of the most beautiful countryside in the British Isles, eight golf courses and feature packed National Heritage Sites you will never be short of things to do.
